How much does AskReplay cost?
Three published plans: Free at $0, Individual at $79 a month (or $790 a year) for one sales engineer, and Team at $3,600 a year for up to ten sales engineer seats. Enterprise pricing is available for larger teams. Start free, no credit card required.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial. The Free plan is how you try AskReplay: three published demos with 100 AI questions and 500 viewer sessions a month, free for as long as you want. Upgrade whenever you are ready.
Is Team priced per seat?
No. Team is one annual price of $3,600 covering up to ten sales engineer seats, so hiring during the year does not change the invoice. Only the people who build in the workspace need a seat: buyers open your demos and deal rooms with no login and no cost.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Annual plans can be paid by card or ACH, and the invoice carries your company name, address and tax ID. For a purchase order, a signed order form, or an invoice on your own terms, contact us. The vendor package with our security and privacy answers is at /trust.
What happens if I reach my monthly limits?
The video keeps playing, but AI Q&A pauses on your public pages until usage resets on the 1st of the month. There are no overage charges. Workspace owners are alerted at 80 percent and again at 100 percent of a limit.
What counts as a viewer session or an AI question?
A viewer session is counted when someone opens a published demo. An AI question is counted each time a viewer asks one. Both reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Upgrade from the Billing page in your workspace, where live usage is also shown. To cancel, delete your workspace in Settings, which ends the subscription.
Do my buyers need to pay or sign up?
No. Buyers open a link, watch, and ask questions with no login and no cost to them, on every plan.
